Current Opening (urgent)

Founding Commercial Lead


Dallas/Austin-based (Hybrid)

We're looking for someone who can open the right doors.

This is not a traditional sales role.

It is a commercial leadership role at the foundation of a growing firm.


You will work directly with the founders to:


  • Identify and approach digital agencies, corporates, and mid-sized firms exploring AI and transformation

  • Initiate conversations with CEOs, CTOs, and Heads of Transformation

  • Build and manage a structured outbound pipeline

  • Develop agency partnerships where Stray Theory acts as an AI and service design specialist

  • Represent the firm at industry events across Dallas, Austin, and beyond

  • Support visibility through thoughtful LinkedIn engagement and relationship-building


This role is about opening meaningful conversations - not pushing volume.


Who You Are


  • Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers

  • Commercially intelligent - you understand ROI and enterprise economics

  • Disciplined in outreach and follow-through

  • Confident without ego

  • Motivated by building something long-term


You likely have experience in:


  • Enterprise sales

  • Digital agency partnerships

  • Consulting or professional services environments

  • Business development in tech, SaaS, or transformation services


What You’ll Help Build


Stray Theory is entering the U.S. market intentionally.

Our 5-year plan includes national expansion, specialist hires in design and AI engineering, and the development of workshop and capability offerings.

This role sits at the center of that growth.

You won’t be joining a machine.

You’ll be helping design it.
